The Passion of CCBT:

The Centers of Church Based Training exist to help local churches develop “all believers to maturity and many to leadership in the local church, under the authority of local church leadership… with other churches, for Christ's mission of multiplying churches worldwide to God's glory.”

The Purpose of CCBT:

To fervently encourage churches to fulfill their equipping role by:

• Helping primary leaders grasp and value the Biblical command of church-based training.
• Assisting the church in developing intentional strategic growth pathways for discipleship and leadership development.
• Supporting the growth pathways with powerful resource tools that impact lives for Christ.

“… to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.”
